For over a decade, I’ve worked with self-aware women who understand their patterns, but still find themselves people-pleasing, overgiving, or silencing their needs in the moments that matter most.

I help you learn how to stay connected to yourself in those moments so you can trust what you feel, express what you need, and feel confident in your voice and choices.

Using a blend of somatic healing, parts work, EMDR, and hypnosis, we go beyond insight—gently reteaching your body and nervous system what it’s like to feel safe, so real change can actually happen.

and where we can explore not just your personal history, but how societal expectations, power dynamics, and lived experiences have shaped what feels safe for you.
