My Journey to Healing
I understood my patterns. I could name where they came from.
And yet—in relationships, conversations, even day-to-day life—I still people-pleased, froze, or shut down.
I knew what I felt. I knew what I needed.
But something inside would take over.
I stayed agreeable. Said yes when it didn’t feel right.
Silenced myself to avoid conflict, rejection, or being “too much.”
And it wasn’t just emotional.
My body carried it too—chronic stress, anxiety, inflammation. A constant sense that something wasn’t settled inside of me.
It wasn’t until I began working with my nervous system, my body, and my protective parts that I learned it was possible to stay with myself.
Stay present. Stay connected. Stay alive. And in that presence, I started to find my joy.
Now, I help women do the same..
My Approach & Values
I don’t believe your patterns are random—or that they’re something to “fix.”
They are intelligent adaptations shaped by your experiences, your relationships, your environment, and the broader cultural and systemic forces around you.
That’s why our work doesn’t just focus on insight.
We work at the level where these patterns actually live—
in your nervous system, your body, and the protective parts of you that take over in real time.
I create an inclusive, attuned space where all identities are honored,
and where we can explore not just your personal history, but how societal expectations, power dynamics, and lived experiences have shaped what feels safe for you.
Whether you’re navigating dating, relationships, friendships, or work dynamics, we look at the full context—
because your system learned these patterns for a reason.
Using EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and clinical hypnosis, we begin to gently shift those patterns from the inside out.
So instead of automatically people-pleasing, shutting down, or overriding yourself, you can:
— stay present with what you feel
— feel safe enough in your body to not disconnect from it
— trust your inner voice instead of second-guessing it
— express your needs without collapsing into fear or guilt
— reconnect to the joy, aliveness, and curiosity that’s always been inside you
This is what creates real, lasting change—
not just understanding yourself, but experiencing yourself fully in the moments that matter. And connecting to your joy.
Beyond Therapy
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who values depth, connection, and aliveness.
I love exploring different cultures through travel, spending time near the ocean, and being in nature—spaces where I feel most grounded and present.
I’m drawn to creativity and expression—art, photography, painting, dance classes, thrifting, creating meals, and finding beauty in everyday moments.
You’ll find me in deep conversations, laughing with friends, moving my body, or exploring practices like tarot and astrology.
I believe our healing is not separate from the world around us—
it’s deeply connected to our communities, our environments, and the way we experience being human together.
